At its core, Darkblock is a decentralized encryption protocol that issues and controls keys. Darkblock encrypts and stores content assets (like documents, videos, music, etc) on Arweave for hundreds of years. NFT ownership and wallet validation is the mechanism that allows associated content to be decrypted and enjoyed. True content ownership. True power to the creator.

To that end, we have created a number of software tools for NFT creators and advanced developers to integrate our protocol into their platforms and for their customers to easily consume content from our encrypted storage.

For Creators

We have created Darkblock creation tools that allow any creator to easily upgrade their NFT project with unlockable content. We also have a variety of HTML embed code that can be installed on any website across 5 different supported chains (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche and Tezos). We have also created a number of sample NFTs that we can send to your wallet that lets you see first hand the power of encrypted content and NFT access.

For Developers

We have a documented and publicly available API ready to integrate into your platform. We have also a full suite of React compatible npm libraries available across 5 chains (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche and Tezos) that allow developers an easy ramp to including Darkblock content decryption for their audience. We also continue to build out best practices documentation as our partners continue to deliver Darkblock powered solutions.
